Great experience from the moment I walked into the store. I had warm welcoming faces and immediately was helped at the till. I ordered a medium latte with oak milk and it was made perfectly! I felt the service was fast, friendly and the hospitality was incredible. I will be back!

Ordered a few donuts, holes and coffee. The donuts seemed stale. I ordered 12 of each of two kinds of timbits. She handed me a box that said 20 tim bits in the side. I asked if this had 12 of each inside and she said yes. I get home and there were just 10 of each inside. Ugh.
Wow. Great service. Mentioned the missing tim bits and they apologized profusely and replaced the missing tim bits!!! Thank you.
