Employees friendly and helpful. Especially the manager. She's awesome! Food pretty good. Options better than McDs. Prices better than typical dine-in places. Order kiosk user friendly. But... time to replace the upholstery. Good gawd!
Long wait on Saturday morning; the quality of the sandwiches was weaker than usual. Only coffee or donuts are recommended.
Seats are worn, making the area ugly.

Our whole family visited Tim Hortons in Osoyoos, and we were truly impressed. The staff was friendly, respectful, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can tell they genuinely care and do their best. It made our visit feel special.
