Highly recommend! We were a party of three for dinner December 30th, 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed the food, the ambiance and the service. The Baked Brie and Stuffed Yorkshire Puddings were delicious appetizers to share. Two of us had the Lamb Shank and one had the Pho - all thumbs way up! The location has beautiful views of the Panorama Ski Hill and is just a very short drive from the village.
The menu is somewhat limited, but the items on the menu were tasty. We had the warm winter salad with butternut squash and yams ( which were a bit undercooked). I had the butter chicken and my husband had the chicken Bacon Fettuccine, which were both very good.

A great location but the food is pub grub standard and there is no flexibility to cater for customers dietary requirements. Chopper's has the potential to provide an excellent dining experience with some food finesse and perhaps a more than basic menu
