Stayed in the Tamarak condos. Extremely clean, well taken care of unit. On top of cleanliness, they have extra cleaning supplies so you are well equipped should you need to clean up. Phil is extremely informative, polite, and very welcoming. When renting the condo, we had access to the swimming pools and hot tub, which my kids loved. A great area to have a nice walk or even hike, we even got to see the resident deer both days we were there. Town is a short 15-20 minute drive so lots of more trails to hike and natural beauty to see. Will definitely visit again and I highly recommend people stay here. An added bonus is the Super comfy beds and Egyptain cotton sheets. Thanks for helping us build ever lasting memories Phil!
Great stay. Location is excellent. Hosts were very knowledgeable of the area and gave us good recommendations.
The room was very nice (the King bedroom room + seating area was great… would recommend spending the extra money).
Everything in and around the B&B is a three minute walk including the hot pools and base of the ski hill.
Will be back again.
Phil and Claire are amazing hosts,

Wonderful B&B, beautiful cabin, good wifi, close to the hot springs and restaurants, clean and comfortable
Phil and Claire are fantastic, kind and accommodating! The breakfast was wonderful, and they have a large selection to pick from, on our first morning there was a fawn napping in the garden that could be seen from the breakfast room.
I felt the rooms had a very cozy charm, and I appreciated the heated floors in the bathroom.
Callie the cat works at the lodge as a mouser, she is very sweet and friendly, definitely improved the experience for me.
I love that the lodge is pet friendly, I wish my cat enjoyed travelling.
I would have loved to stay longer, I feel that I didn’t get quite enough time to enjoy the peace and beauty at Earl Grey Lodge and in panorama

Great 3 night stay at Earl Grey Lodge. Well designed and run accommodation for our visit to the lift access bike park only moments away. Claire and Phil were gracious hosts happy to accommodate all needs. Quick to respond. Communication was never an issue…even when they were travelling themselves! Will return for skiing in the winter as their lodge is completely set up for that too with boot driers and ski storage. Their indoor bike storage was secure and superb. Thanks again Phil & Claire!

Completely agree with this review, couldn’t say it better myself: “Just spent a couple of nights at the Earl Grey and it was simply outstanding. Phil and Clare are incredible hosts, the perfect mix of professionalism and humour. I couldn’t have been more happy. I very rarely leave reviews of places I’ve stayed but this B & B is exceptional and warrants all the praise it has received in the past. Both Phil and Clare went out of their way to be helpful. The location is also brilliant, very short walk to the main lift and base of Panorama.”

Just spent a couple of nights at the Earl Grey and it was simply outstanding. Phil and Clare are incredible hosts, the perfect mix of professionalism and humour. I couldn’t have been more happy. I very rarely leave reviews of places I’ve stayed but this B and B is exceptional and warrants all the praise it has received in the past. Both Phil and Clare went out of their way to be friendly and thoughtful (for example, offering boot and glove warmers as one heads out to the hill on a chilly day). The location is also brilliant, very short walk to the main lift and base of Panorama. I hope to return soon.Rooms: My room was perfect for a solo traveller. Obviously, they have many options for larger groups.Walkability: Very convenient to the main lift. Easily walkable.Noteworthy details: Also have access to the Panorama Village hot pools, a very short walk across the street.

Just back from an amazing holiday stay in the cabin at Earl Grey Lodge. The cabin is really cosy and homely and Phil and Clare are wonderful hosts. Everything is finished to a very high standard - well equipped kitchen, really comfortable beds and armchairs and rugs by the fire to snuggle up in after a day on the slopes. We were there for Christmas and New Year and it had been beautifully decorated, complete with a Christmas tree! It was the perfect place for a family Christmas away from home . Phil and Clare were very helpful and welcoming and were even kind enough to get a food shop in for us because we arrived late on Christmas Eve after shops had shut. As well as being great accommodation, the cabin is ideally located, just a few mins from the ski lifts, pools and the resort centre. As the website says, this place is more than just a place to stay, it’s a real gem and I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend to others.

Phil and Claire were such lovely hosts! They were very present and always checking in on how the stay was going. We came for the bike park and had a wonderful stay. The Lodge is beautiful and the rooms are very cozy, plus the beds are super comfortable! The location of the lodge on the hill is perfect for pedaling back and forth for lunch. We will definitely be booking again!

Fantastic experience at this Lodge. Stayed for two nights during ski season in a beautiful queen bed room. Breakfast is great with lots of options. There is a boot warming rack so your feet get off to a cozy start in the morning. Walk to the main lift is 2min. The hosts are very welcoming and I highly recommend this bed and breakfast.
How is this place getting 5 stars, I must have had a major off night or people there do not understand good food.I have a culinary background, broadcast my recipes, host " how to cook" event and cater private parties. I want to start off and say that the server did give us a bit of a discount on the food we ordered only because we complained. When you ask someone how was your meal, be honest. It will only help the establishment in the long-run IF they are willing to accept feedback. Now, for the food. In a nutshell....lacked flavour. The chowder was runny, overloaded with thyme and lacked salt. It tasted flat which is odd because the visible ingredients were plentiful. Regardless, not good at all. The cornbread, very good. They could pull back on the butter but it was good. The huge disappointment was the 14 hour Smoked brisket. Now, I have a culinary background AND have been smoking for years, there is no way that brisket was smoked 14 hours. The fat, which was plenty, would have liquified by then. The flavor lacked smoke, under salted, lacked flavour AND the kitchen pan seared the meat before serving it....why? Who does that after a smoke? I smoke Montreal style and southern and I have never come across pan seared smoked brisket. It's obvious they changed chefs because THIS FOOD WAS NOT GOOD. The presentation was beautiful but the food was flat. The artic char had a great crispy skin, was tasty but was not as flavourful as it should be. It's like salt was not in the list of ingredients. Now I hardly cook with salt but and chef knows, food needs salt or citrus....or both. The food lack one of those 2. The sous chef prepping the potatoes, salad and root vegetables...very good and lots of flavour. Last year the food was amazing. I was so disappointed by this experience. I suggest going somewhere else. Go into town and try Smokehouse 93....that place blows this out of the water and for less of a price tag. I ate at Elk on the mountain and found out the owner was there at the same time, would love to have had a sit down with them because they need a reality check on what they are serving.Such a shame, so much potential.Food & drinks: Better options out there.
