Ignored at doorway, numerous ppl working. Hostess was at entrance then just walked away and didn't return. We left before being seated.

Im usually not one to make reviews, but when you have to pay top dollar for food/ experiences these days, I really expect at least 2 out of 3 for these things. ( Service, Price/ value, Food/ taste). Tonight we received 1 .
Our experience started off with a stern warning of being too close to kitchen closing time ( 50 min ). Wow, what a way to greet guests arriving in Panarama for the very 1st time. Food was quite expensive for receiving a burger with a stale bun, and Salt with a touch of Fries. Yes, I literally almost went into Kidney failure. A bit of a saving grace was the server giving us a discount for the kitchens poor quality. I would say the current GOOGLE review there is very generous. At least the Service was good, and the drinks were cold. Food quality 👎

Fish and chips looked and tasted like oven ready precooked frozen food.

Why would the kitchen close at 6 on Wednesday? There are no other restaurants around and they close at 6. The restaurant next door is closed Tuesday and Wednesday so you’d think they’d remain open. Not like the food is any good but when it’s your only option to eat in the resort area you’d think they’d be open past 6.

Service was horrible. Staff didn’t seem to know how to manage requests ie patio and the drinks were expensive and bad.

Shared a whole jug of sangria with my wife... pretty sure there was zero alcohol in it though. I mean, I hesitated ordering a whole jug... didn't want to over do it. But no chance of that!!

Mac-n-cheese was marginal. Pricey for what it was.

Alto next door is WAY better value.

Outdated bar. Bartender was literally looking at the menu for the ingredients for our very expensive drinks, which did not come out well.

I don’t normally review, but the Kids Mac and cheese portions were way too small for $16. Had to order fries to top them up.

Edit: Kids dessert made up for the portions a little bit.

Complete rip off. I ordered the Tariyaki bowl and left hungry. Ridiculous price for the value.

Went for drinks mid day. Service was non Existant, 3 tables inside had customers, watched our drinks sit on the counter for 15ish minutes

Kitchen closes too early (9pm) considering it’s only one of 2 options in the village. Don’t advertise being open until 2am if you cannot get food until late.

Bring your own food and drinks and skip this place.

Food tasted very good. Pizza is the menu item and 2 types of salad, fries and sweet potato fries. All one size. Just myself and my husband. We ordered to drink a club soda and a coke. Service was a bit slow. They were busy, but unsure if our server was new. When we received our bill we were charged for refills on our drinks. They comped one and charged for the other. That we found unusual. It is pricey compared to a basic pizza place. Our bill came to $89 plus tax. So we enjoyed it, but dont feel it was worth the price.

why do you advertise as open and have signs outside saying “ open breakfast, lunch and dinner” then all the doors are locked are your closed at 7pm on a Monday?
