i ordered a regular choc shake. the gentleman said that that small he had made me is their regular. okay?? i say fine i will pay the difference for a regular/medium. he goes right to making the next size but does not charge me. great right!!??
as he hands it off he adds "are u happy now?"
well now i am definitely not happy now!!!! !!!!!
as i explain to him this is not how u treat or talk to your customers.
