Check out the cod tacos, SOOOO DELICIOUS!! And the wings were great too!!! Mmmmm!! They will be closed for renos during Nov 2025, but are reopening in Dec.

Outdoor dining on the patio provides a nice vibe, and the space itself is beautiful. Service can sometimes be a little slow, but the staff are friendly and attentive. The burgers are considered some of the best on Vancouver Island, and the food is freshly prepared. Overall, Lefty's Fresh Food is a place worth trying, especially for burger lovers and those in search of tasty wraps and tacos. Guests have found the atmosphere great, with plenty of room, and many look forward to visiting again.
