Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Just ordered through Uber Eats.

My ENTIRE order was wrong.

Asked for 1/2 white, 1/2 dark meat on my two orders — both orders were dark meat only.

Paid for nuggets for my six year old —they didn’t send them with my order.

Supposed to get 2 biscuits —only received 1.

Uber Eats automated customer service is useless. Received a refund for the nuggets only. Great. That will sure help me with my six year old’s dinner right now (sarcasm).

I don’t normally like to leave negative reviews, but this was a really awful experience.

I had such a great time at this Popeyes! The food was fresh, hot, and super tasty — the chicken was crispy, the fries and onion rings were amazing. Honestly, it felt way better than other Popeyes I’ve visited.

The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service stood out. Juber was very kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. People like him make the whole experience extra special.

Definitely coming back again! 🍗✨

East and West, Juber is the Best!

I had an excellent experience at this Popeyes. The service, food, and environment were all outstanding.

I’ve tried other Popeyes locations before, but this one is totally different. The chicken, fries, and onion rings were so fresh and perfectly crispy — absolutely mouthwatering!

Special thanks to Juber, who went above and beyond and really made my day. I truly appreciate his excellent service.

Waited 30 minutes for wings and chicken and it came out raw. I just threw it in the garbage and left as I wasn’t about to wait 45 minutes for them to actually properly cook it.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy salmonella, wasting your time and money.
The Popeyes in Nanaimo can make properly cooked wings in eight minutes, but these guys can’t even do it in 30

Was visiting Parksville for family a while ago, and was the best Popeyes I've eaten. Food was great, fries were hot and chicken was juicy. Way better than what you can get in America.

While visiting Parksville this weekend, we decided to take the family to Popeyes' for dinner. We’ve been eating at this chain for a long time across Canada and the US, but we were impressed with the service and quality of the food. While we had to wait a bit for the spicy chicken, it was totally worth it! Fresh, juicy and prefectly seasoned. Many other locations will often give you chicken that may have been sitting for a bit, but not here. Sides were also super good and tasty. The pies were amazing as well. Special thanks to Juver (hope I spelled it right) for treating us right :) We’ll definitely visit again.
