Easily our favourite spot on the whole island. Food is absolutely excellent and the staff are so lovely. It feels like family there. I can not recommend this place enough and they couldn’t do anything better if they tried. 10000/10

My test is always some Maki. If you can't do that, we'll no 2nd chances. Well they nailed it, rice was one of the best I've had. Fish was fresh, I would of likes it a bit colder, but thats just my preference.
The Sunamono how ever was not quite there. The rice noodles a bit under done, they weren't nice a soft for slurping. Not much in the way of a vinaigrette flavor, also prawn had tails already taken off. That's a nothing, first time I've ever seen that.
About 7 tables and a 4 seat sit up bar in front of chef.
Again personal preference, saki could of been hotter.
I will go again.

From the moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff is friendly and kind. Dine in and take out are both available. Whatever you are in the mood for, Sam's Sushi has got you covered. The sushi at Sam's is nothing short of exceptional. Each roll is a masterpiece — beautifully presented with perfectly seasoned rice and the freshest fish you can imagine. My wife and I have been a fan of every roll that I have tried [and at this point I have tried most of them]!
I would recommend calling ahead as their hours can vary. Also, sometimes they are not offering dine in and only take out [for example recently there was a sign-up saying Fridays are takeout only], but this can be remedied with a simple phone call!
My wife and I are from out of town and make the effort to get a meal from Sam's Sushi every time we are in the area and always enjoy it immensely! Highly recommended!

First time here, certainly won't be long before we return. Spicy miso was perfect and then we grazed through a selection of sushi, sashimi and rolls to try a bit of everything. Just lovely.
I live in CR so I don’t get to eat here nearly as often as I would like, but maybe for the best because their sushi is absolutely fantastic!!! My go to’s will always be the spicy miso soup and the dragon roll and I couldn’t recommend them more!! Today I had the coconut prawns too and omgggggg, they were so absolutely delicious!!! Def a place worth adding to your list!!
