The toppings where so bare to none it felt less of a “subway”sandwich.Bathrooms where out of service.The cucumbers were so thinly sliced it amazed me and that goes for the rest of the produce there. The bread was small for a foot long. This has to be the worst place to get a subway sandwich if you want a good one go to the subway at Rutherford mall.

I keep trying this store, and keep getting disappointed. Ordered a footlong, and they only gave a single scoop of avocado, even though I am paying for the item. They seem more concerned about cost, then providing service. I'll make my own sandwiches/ salads now. This store has lost my patronage. The one in the Wembly mall, isn't much better. Parksville sucks.

as usual the customer service and atmosphere was unwelcoming. I dont know how the employees are treated at this location or the reasoning behind it but everytime I have gone here since the new owners they always seem so miserable like they hate their jobs and the product they make.Food was alright it has been a bit since I chose to eat at subway... they definately have cut some corners on some toppings especially meats but for the most part it wasn't terrible. And I think most restaurants are having to cut corners to survive out here.

Horrible food. I took a long break from Subway, and realized after this visit that I'm forever done with Subway. I think the ingredients have become substandard. And what kind of person thinks an unripe, still green tomato is OK to serve. Don't blame the worker, but the cheapskate in charge.

I went into today to use a 2 for you one coupon and they just can't make an exception on a coupon that doesn't even have an expiry date the service was quite rude and nonchalantly didn't care so not worth the time and effort for incompetence from ignorance

Fast service, clean store front, delicious fresh smelling and tasting ingredients.All the times ive been here its been nothing but good service, a happy transaction, and a delicious sub.Plus they got that new bread, and its just perfect.
