Sushi Ichi in Parksville offers delicious sushi at great prices with incredible customer service. The restaurant may need some love on the outside, but it is very clean inside. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the dining experience enjoyable. The menu includes fresh sushi, sashimi, and Maki rolls like Toro, D-rich, Kamikaze, and Summer Rolls. The Mahi Mahi Tempura and Agedashi tofu are recommended starters, followed by sharing rolls like Dynamite Roll with Smoked Salmon, Rainbow Roll, and Sakura combo. The food is always amazing and the prices are really good too. The staff is super kind and made customers very comfortable. The rolls are delicious, although some are a bit hard to eat due to loose wrapping. A great big thank you to the amazing server Emi who is so kind and friendly. Don't miss out on their must-have green tea ice cream. Overall, a spot worth revisiting for tasty sushi in a welcoming atmosphere.
