How worst a service can be, it was that worse. Specially at drive thru, where your all senior and experienced staff works.
I noticed there was an Assistant Manager too, if I am not wrong. Still it is happening!!! 😡
I would suggest, if someone has to ruin his hard earn money & mood as well as taste, they should come to your store.
There was not a zero star giving option, otherwise I was going to give that

Rude rude rude. Tried to order for my family and the employee said I was taking too long! I was right in the middle of ordering my third item when he interrupted and said I’ll let you decide. I said I’m trying to tell you what I want. But he left. I cancelled my order and went down the road for burgers at Wendy’s instead. Honestly when I went through the drive thru at Wendy’s it was like a breath of fresh air talking to the employee who was not trying to rush me. He was polite and friendly.
Have to give it an A+, these guys work their ass off, you can be in a line of 20 cars and still have a sandwich and a drink in your hand in 10 minutes.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to come get my order when i can clearly see 7 employees working behind the counter and when i order not only did they not have christmas bailys which is like their promotion of the month they gave me half assed ice cap with a pinch of cream on it and barely any nutella .. i dont even know if they gave me the right size because i ordered medium and this is the smallest cup ive ever seen

waited 20 minutes for the guy in front of me to grab like one donut only for them to say they dont have the stuff i ordered off the app and they wouldnt refund me either and told me to come another day, im sorry but that is not how u run a store , never going back there again this is my second time going there and its garbage

Good coffee and donuts. It's very busy. I got accidentally shoved a few times. The customers were impatient, likely because they wanted those awesome donuts.

Dine in, take out & drive threw, has wifi to work on all your projects on your computer or electronic devices, washrooms are kept clean, staff is super friendly, inside Tim's is kept highly clean, I notice at lunches rush hours Tim's gets super busy sometimes a lineup that exceeds to outside! The events and decorations make the season feel festive! I think there should be 1 camera added to the south west parking lot, And surprised at cashier how I'm never asked if I'm collecting Tim's rewards

The Parksville Tim Hortons truly has to have the worst service I’ve ever seen in any restaurant anywhere. I just spent 15 minutes standing in line with three people in front of me and after 15 minutes of being ignored, I finally gave up and left. Their focus is entirely on the drive-through and they completely ignore the people that come through the door. It seems. I will never go back to this location again or any other Tim Hortons for that matter.
