I ordered a chai latte. It tasted like coffee and had no sweetener. There was a chai tea bag she put in seconds before handing it to me but the coffee taste was immediate. So… milk, coffee, tea mix.

Michelle's crew are the nicest and most helpful staff around. They are quick on their feet and are so accurate while dealing with so many people all at once. I won't go anywhere else for my Timmy's coffee.

today very very bad job on the food orders portions are ridiculous food is either not cook right or very sloppy, need to be fully retrain what happend?! I'm taking my money somewhere else where food are made and portions correctly.

I’ve been to this Tim Hortons, probably hundreds of times. Today was my last.My husband and I had ordered several items at the front counter. No issues there, the girl who took our order was fantastic. However, I had ordered 2 egg and cheese farmers wraps, and my husband had ordered a cream of broccoli soup with a muffin. First of all, they completely forgot about the muffin and my husband had to go back and get it. Second, I bit into my egg and cheese farmers wrap and was greeted with a mouthful of sausage. I have been vegetarian for over 5 years and this is completely unacceptable. Not to mention my eggs were grey, nasty. The gentleman at the counter offered to remake them but honestly didn’t seem to care when I told him I was vegetarian and I had just ingested meat. Finally, my husband was eating his soup and there was a piece of plastic in it!!! Unbelievable cross-contamination in both of our items. I seriously hope there is some foodsafe training here in the future because who knows what else is going on!

the team doing lunches on tues drive-thru are amazinggg! order always perfect and right. the orther team should duplicate had so many wrong order with them even tho I repeated many times at the speaker and window, just to open it up and mess up the order AGAIN 2 days in a row.. 3 stars cause half the team are not up to par.
