Great local cidery. All the apples are sourced from Pender Island and the staff are very knowledgeable of the process and qualities of their cider. Lovely spot with pet goats in the yard.
We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed a lovely tasting experience with locals and visitors. Having an unfortunate preconception of "cider", you might say I was introduced again to cider and blown away by the four varieties we tasted...the "old growth" cider, in particular, being so dry and crisp just may have become one of my favourite sunny Saturday sippers. Definitely worth a stop by to see what Twin Island is doing and experience impressive cider from local orchards.
