I went through the drive-thru today (Sept 27, 2025 at 2:28 PM) to grab a burger, and the experience was very disappointing. The person at the window didn’t say a single word — no greeting, no courtesy, nothing. It felt very disrespectful. Honestly, it even made me wonder if it was because of my skin colour, which is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect at least a basic level of respect and professionalism.

Real eggs, real plates cutlery and mugs. Great price. No problem in adjusting our orders. I love it. It’s like eating at a full restaurant without the high prices.
Food was good but the mug and/or the root beer wasn't cold enuf to ice over, which was the primary reason for visiting.

i was getting the free egger and bacon with the purchase of a free coffee and it took so long for them to figure out how to use it then i got a mango passion fruit smoothie but i got an icer

Way to expensive and someone is putting 2 inch thick chunks of lettuce on the burgers. Sloppy and thrown together. Why cant you get a chocolate milkshake? Maybe time to hire a few adults instead of confused children.
