As an Asian and grew up in Vancouver where we have Pho restaurant every single block in the city. I unfortunately have a bit higher standard about how the taste and compare the price on menu, but putting in the shoes of a local Penticton resident I think their food worth a 5 stars. Excellent customer service. I work at the hospital so I went there pretty often, Salad roll and Banh Mi is pretty good especially for the price. I love the spiciness they have on it, but the spicy level isn't so consistent. Sometimes it is just about right sometimes too spicy sometimes could be more spicy. Pho and Vemicilli taste not bad too but it is a bit overpriced for its portion in my opinion. I wanted to try their Viet coffee but that is too expensive for me to afford just a try. $8 is too much, Viet coffee known to be concentrated and not big portion. Let's say if you doesnt sell much Viet coffee out, you should know why. Or even have it +extra few dollor if ordering a meal could be a good offer for people maybe give it a chance to try the drink.

I got the Chicken Pho and Chicken Banh Mi. The baguette is made in house and is delicious. The Pho is top notch. Service was super friendly and fast. If you’re craving some delicious Vietnamese food, you have to give these guys a go, you will not be disappointed!

I often order take out from Baba express, and every time is so good! I love the Phó special brisket, I have them usually with an orden of spring rolls and their tea with pearls is so good, my favorite is the earl grey, definitely a place I like to go often, the lady that’s usually at the front is the nicest and sweet ever I love the service and of course the food!

My husbands Pho was good so only reason I gave a 2☆ not 1~portion was ok smaller than other Vietnamese places in the valley Wasted alot of money based on other reviews. The Lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl was basically inedible. Pretty sure they microwaved the meat which made it like rubber and very lack luster flavor. The salad rolls had similar meat and large rib of lettuce~barely any flavor. Unfortunately won't be back to try the banh mi.
