Amazing service and hospitality! Tasting fee waived with purchase which is always nice. Beautiful spot.

We had such a great experience here! When we arrived, we were disappointed to find out there wasn’t food available — we were all hungry and had a bike ride ahead of us. Josh went above and beyond to take care of us, tracking down some incredible dim sum so we could eat before getting back on the road. The food was amazing, and the hospitality was even better. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and the wines were excellent too. Truly outstanding service — thank you for turning our day around!

What an amazing place! The manager Josh was an incredible host for our friend’s 40th birthday. The wine was spectacular, the views even better and the dim sum authentic and delicious. You must include this stop on your wine tour.

Our party of ten had an amazing tasting experience at Bench 1775! Joshua treated our party to a wonderful experience after a long bike ride, and even pulled out all the stops with a dim sum lunch and cheesecake for the birthday girl. We loved the wine and the view could not be matched. We’ll be back!

Attended a Silent Disco fundraiser at the winery a few weeks back. It was so much fun. The winery staff were super friendly and kept the food flowing! I had the rosé and it was very yummy. The views from the patio and tasting room are amazing. Side note: I lost an earring and emailed Joshua who responded very quickly saying he would notify staff and then a few hours later let me know it had been found. Thanks Bench 1775 Winery Team!

Beautiful views, wine was not for us and the service was rushed even though we were the only ones there

Many silent disco events , amazing food and even better wine! Love taking my family here whenever we can. The view is spectacular and the staff are incredible! Especially Josh and Ezit. Always feel welcome and very taken care of. Highly suggest the shrimp!

I am very unsatisfied as I was told that I would not have to book in for a tasting as I was going to buy 6 bottles of wine. I checked the website Friday September 26th to confirm the hours which was open until 5pm on Saturday September 27th. I drove all the way out from Calgary Alberta as my aunt really loved their wine that I have previously purchased before. I arrived at the winery by 4pm only for it to be closed for a private function and they could not even sell me bottles as the person who could have left around 3pm.

Amazing staff! Always excellent service, friendly and informative on the wines. A perfect 10.

Not sure about the whole ignore-you-when-you-come in thing. The wine is budget variety at best. The pretentiousness isn’t well earned.

We stopped in at Bench 1775 Winery later in the afternoon and had such a great experience! Even though they were busy and we hadn’t booked ahead, the staff was welcoming and provided excellent service. The wine tasting was fantastic, with some truly memorable pours 🍷, and we stayed for dinner at the bistro. The dim sum and charcuterie were both delicious and paired perfectly with the wines. Beautiful spot and definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area!

Josh, we had such a wonderful time at our tasting—thank you! I’ve been a member for years and always look forward to rebooking. Sadly, there was a bit of an incident with another table that created some disruption, but I truly appreciated how graciously it was handled by the team. Regardless, the overall experience was fabulous as always, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Yes, the view is stunning, but the service leaves much to be desired. When you mess up the bill, you should at least apologize and offer a compliment instead of asking for more money. If you want to be ‘high-end’, you don’t let service workers and builders check the surroundings while people are dining on the patio. Those are basic rules.

The owner is unfriendly, resembling a strict teacher, and her granddaughter rushed us to pay the bill before we even finished eating, despite plenty of free tables available. It’s no surprise they are empty on weekends. This place has so much potential because of the view and facilities, but the lack of basic knowledge of hospitality principles ruins it.

We loved this place. From the view to the food and wine we had nothing but great experiences! The staff and manager Joshua were so friendly and this is a spot we’ll visit regularly. Make sure to try the whipped feta!
