I’ve tried this place 3 times now and it’s been awful each time. The coffee is flavourless and depressing. The London Fog is lukewarm because they steam the milk and let it sit for 5 minutes while a teabags soaks. Forget any kind of syrup, you’ll never taste it. Absolutely zero interaction from staff and a handful of chairs to climb through to get to the counter where you’ll be met with a blank stare and prompted for a tip.
Here’s a tip: This place sucks.

They accidentally made our drink wrong and when we mentioned it, the 2 girls insisted we were wrong and argued that they did it as ordered. Mistakes happen but they should not be calling customers liars.

Barista did a terrible job making my drink order. Was so bitter it was not drinkable. Asked them kindly if I could substitute to another drink at a smaller size even but they refused. Ended up having to buying a second drink at full price. Paid $12 to get one drink that was just mediocre. Poor customer service from the staff at the location as well as management. Will not go back again.

Ridiculously expensive. Makes other specialty coffee shops seem cheap! $8.50 for a medium chai. Service is basic. Sitting area inside is small.

Love this place. The service is great, and the atmosphere couldn’t be better! The only thing that gets me is that as of late the coffee beans have tasted quite burnt. With the prices being what they are, I would appreciate a higher quality taste. Otherwise keep up the good work!

Stopped for a delicious avo toast and matcha chillo on my lunch break. Needed something quick but didn’t want regular fast food, so glad I came here. Friendly and fast service.

Great blends location. Very good coffee, effective and efficient staff. Well decorated and designed. All the amenities are available. plenty of selection on the menu. I came here with a friend and he really enjoyed the place as well. I would definitely come back. This is a great spot to get coffee at the mall. I've gone to blends before and I am usually satisfied. This place is no exception.

Twice now in one week have ordered Caramel Macciato and it has tasted like weak tea. Both times went to counter and asked for extra shots of vanilla and Caramel and STILL tasted awful! The first time I was with my 2 friends who ordered same thing and ALL 3 of ours were not good. Also, staff isn't very welcoming. While I was waiting patiently to be served, no one said anything. Even "Hi, be right with you" is acceptable instead of silence.The Blenz downtown Penticton is fantastic! ALWAYS very welcoming, drinks, food and service top notch!!

Staff doesn't greet you. They stand around talking about someone and ignore you completely. Even after you approach the cash register and the whole time they make your order. Know wonder why it's dead.

I walked in here on an impulse after shopping in the mall. As I left the coffee shop I heard at least one staff members make grotesque noises in response to my perfumes.After spending 35 dollars, I did not expect to be mocked by disrespectful and immature staff members for trying out a few department store perfumes. I do agree with them, they were horrific (especially after combining a few of them) but human beings need to exercise self restraint, especially to high paying customers like myself.Management needs to train their staff in the department of respect. Go elsewhere.

Their coffee is nasty, it tasted very old. Nothing worse than old coffee especially when you pay over $3 for a cup!!! ??
