They were arguing when I went to pick up my order as I made it on the mobile app, arrived 10 minutes later, and maybe he is the owner, an older fellow was giving the girls crap because it wasn't ready. It was an extremely uncomfortable place to be in! My smoothie didn't have the 1.00 chia seeds I added on and the sandwich was melted and stuck to the napkin that he threw in the hot bag. It was in edible.

It's a good location, some of the staff seem a little stern, but they're actually really nice and helpful- they had no issues helping us with substitution requests etc.And the smoothies are pretty good, if a bit expensive.

Thank you to Penticton Booster juice for the free snack smoothie. We received our coupon after checking into the evacuation Center. Sadly the service we received at the riverside location was nothing but bad. As soon as I showed the women my free drink her whole attitude changed. I understand you need to make sales but a little compassion for someone that had to flee their home from the fire. Plus the smoothie was not blended and had huge chunks in it.

Person working wasn't very friendly. 2 steps in and she asked us what we wanted. No hello or anything.The thing that really got us was how rude she was about the evacuation voucher. Why give out vouchers if staff is going to treat us terribly when we try and use them. I understand people are under stress but compassion would be nice.

I went to this Booster Juice 2x this weekend as I was visiting in Pentiction, the staff both times were so friendly. Best location I have been to, also my smoothies & food both times were 10/10.
Consistently good. Pay attention to their deals. Use the app for secret menu flavours or just ask they’re usually really accommodating. The boo berry Halloween drink is blueberry orange and they still make it for me when I ask even though it’s not on the menu!

me and my friend went to this location to get 2 smoothies before a final exam. i ordered the tropi kale and she ordered pomegranate passion. the girl working put all the fruit/kale into the pomegranate passion and the tropi kale only had the juice and ice. the girl proceeded to blend the smoothie/what i would call juice. she then realized that one smoothie was way to thick (from all the ingredients) and the other one was just juice. instead of starting over she added only mangos and kale to the tropi kale and forgot about the bananas. our smoothies were disgusting and if you have an allergy to one of their ingredients i definitely would not recommend ordering from this location as they clearly don’t care what they put in their smoothies. highly disappointed as they aren’t cheap either.

One of the workers the shorter one with brown hair has a very poor work attitude and neglects the food orders allowing your order to be sold before you can get it, Needing to modify your order. Smoothies were good but actual customer service was poor on her behalf.

I brought 2 smoothies 1 tropi -kale that was good and other one is spinach is in it that’s the worst thing I ever try there fill like Stale bad Product with sugar syrup. Waste money And time I throw it.Staff is nice and friendly.
