Came in around 1 for there Pasta Specials all month of January waited 20 minutes with one server with Pink highlight in their hair seeing me and my Brother about 4 times total through the entire period of time and not once making any move forward tocame and get us situated with a table, also wasn't busy during the time we had entered the restaurant was unprofessional on how long we had to wait just to never be helped to a table

I regularly order Smokie Mountain and it never fails time after time complaining, MORE sauce, there's nothing like being served dry spaghetti. Very stubborn owner. In summary, I'd order more, but discouraged every time. I really don't think they care, they never offer coupon or anything for a customers poor experience. IJS

We waited 10 minutes for a greeter. The people in line in front of us told us they waited 5 minutes for the greeter and then had been waiting another 5 minutes for a table. I didn't talk to the other group waiting. The worst part is that the restaurant was only ½ full. There was an entire section empty waiting for customers. We left and went elsewhere.

I spent $45 on this uber order and this is what i got. Wow Penticton boston pizza has worst food quality. Why everything is expensive if you cannot offer quality. Please do not order from them. when i called they mentioned they cannot do anything about it even food was cooked in their restaurant. The employee kept arguing with me instead of offering customer satisfaction. How come they did not have any manager available or they do not wanna talk to their customers. WORST FOOD QAULITY! Worst Management!
No idea who is managing these restaurants as quality has declined way too much in short time.

Boston Pizza is pretty consistent. It was my first time at this one and they did a good job for what they do. Decent food at a decent price. Good service and the food came quick which was great. I find most BP's take forever to get there food out.

I went for lunch with a few friends yesterday and anxious to try out Boston Pizza in Penticton as I'd never been and had a craving for pizza. I ordered a small vegetarian pizza which came overdone, a few green pepper slivers, a few mushrooms and very little cheese. I expected lots of veggies and cheese that was gooey. I was disappointed so I sent the pizza back and the kitchen made a new one. The difference between the first and second pizza was that the second was warm enough so the small amount of cheese was a bit stringy. I emphasize small ! Both pizzas resembled something from the frozen section of the grocery store. No substance, a spec of veggies and a crust that resembled cardboard. So disappointed; needless to say I won't be back. On a positive note, one dish ordered was the garlic mac and cheese which my friend said was very good.

We stopped in Kelowna BP’s from penticton for lunch , we had Tanya C as our server, she was wonderful & went over and above . Quality service is unfortunately not the norm these days , your establishment is fortunate to have such good staff !!
If you see that the server Pinky is the only server, give this person plenty of praise - and a good tip! She takes care of everyone to the best of her ability - time and service - every time!

We recently visited Boston Pizza and noticed their “Kids Eat Free” promotion. On our first visit, the deal was exactly as advertised: with the purchase of an adult entrée, the kids’ meals were free, and the service was excellent. That experience was so positive we decided to come back.
Unfortunately, the second visit was different. Even though all the same rules applied, we were charged $1.99 per kids’ meal. On top of that, we were charged extra for dessert off the kids’ menu and $1.99 for the pizza, which was never mentioned as an exception. There was no fine print on the website or in-store signage indicating that kids’ meals weren’t actually free, or that there would be an extra charge.
We rarely go to restaurants as it can get pricy, but we decided to take advantage of this offer and expected BP to honour the promotions they advertise. The service was once again very good, but the inconsistency in how the “Kids Eat Free” deal was applied left us disappointed. My family's food was great, but a friend's meal was undercooked.
Boston Pizza should make the terms of their promotions clear and consistent, so families know exactly what to expect.

Fettuccine Alfredo- yummy delicious, thank you Boston Pizza for the take out supper. August 26, 2025 Penticton Boston Pizza Ordered take out/delivery. Jambalaya Fettuccine was good, our $21 burger we ordered could have had more fries, there wasn’t much? Our take out order had no utensils, no napkins? Next time we order takeout, we will pick up and double check we have everything.
