We stopped in Kelowna BP’s from penticton for lunch , we had Tanya C as our server, she was wonderful & went over and above . Quality service is unfortunately not the norm these days , your establishment is fortunate to have such good staff !!

We recently visited Boston Pizza and noticed their “Kids Eat Free” promotion. On our first visit, the deal was exactly as advertised: with the purchase of an adult entrée, the kids’ meals were free, and the service was excellent. That experience was so positive we decided to come back.
Unfortunately, the second visit was different. Even though all the same rules applied, we were charged $1.99 per kids’ meal. On top of that, we were charged extra for dessert off the kids’ menu and $1.99 for the pizza, which was never mentioned as an exception. There was no fine print on the website or in-store signage indicating that kids’ meals weren’t actually free, or that there would be an extra charge.
We rarely go to restaurants as it can get pricy, but we decided to take advantage of this offer and expected BP to honour the promotions they advertise. The service was once again very good, but the inconsistency in how the “Kids Eat Free” deal was applied left us disappointed. My family's food was great, but a friend's meal was undercooked.
Boston Pizza should make the terms of their promotions clear and consistent, so families know exactly what to expect.

Jambalaya Fettuccine was good, our $21 burger we ordered could have had more fries, there wasn’t much? Our take out order had no utensils, no napkins? Next time we order takeout, we will pick up and double check we have everything.

We tried the Pizza Flight and it was such a fun way to sample different flavours! Out of everything, the Royal Hawaiian and the honey dill dip are still the favourites at the table – can’t go wrong with those. Great service and a nice casual vibe!

I am born & raised in Penticton & have eaten at Boston pizza a handful of times, never really happy with the service there, however today topped it all & we will NEVER return again. We arrived 12:35 August 9 2025 the server at the front desk never even greeted any of the 2 parties in front of us, he mumbled a few words & told the party of 4 they would have to wait about 5 minutes, the other party in front of us was not even acknowledged & nor were we. They left another guy came to the desk & I asked him if they were short staffed & that we had not even been greeted, he said yes they were short staffed, which could have been explained. They barely had any people there & we would have to wait. We left!!!! & as we did another party of 5 was coming in & I told them to go somewhere else, they would not be getting the service they deserved & explained what we just went threw. I later tried to call, with no answer & obviously there is no manager working there & if there is they should be fired. This is the worst service I have ever experienced & i will be telling every person I talk to about how terrible it is to go there. I will try later to talk with a manager, however will it really make a difference. Shame on Boston Pizza!!!!

Extremely disappointing experience. We came as a group of 13 and were automatically charged an 18% gratuity, which is understandable for a large party. However, the service was unacceptable. Our server forgot multiple drink orders and completely missed two meals from our group. It honestly felt like they didn’t care, knowing the tip was guaranteed. Poor service with no accountability. Would not recommend.
