We have been going to Boston Pizzas for 30 some years. In the past have had always had good service and meals. But in the last 10 years the food has become so expensive and not great quality or quantity. Like many big corporations these, days their moto seems to have changed to profit over quality(food). Tonight we went to Bostons in Pentcton for my birthday. I decided to have Lasagna which I hadn't had there in years. It was always great in the past, but tonight I was so disappointed. It was a small portion that was primarily noodles and sauce. It was suppose to be meat sauce, but after numerous bites, I realized there was barely any meat taste. I picked through the pasta and sauce and would be surprised if there was two table spoons of meat in the sauce. It seems like they are saving money by charging you a premium charge for a meal that cost them, maybe $5.00 to make. I had onion soup one night recently and the portion was 1/2 the size it used to be. I used to love their onion soup and now I am wondering if I should ever go back. Sad really sad.

It's your typical Boston pizza, always pretty consistent with the food, some things are better than others, like anywhere, but I like that you know what you're getting with this place. Service was excellent as it usually is. I do always find it chilly in there but that's more me than anything. All in all, definitely one of our go to places. Would recommend .

Every year we decide to give BP's another shot as its a favorite and we only go when traveling.
Today we didn't make it last the waiting area where we were asked to wait so the server could get caught up. Not even allowed to sit down and wait. Wild! So we went to Woudas's Bakery across the road instead.
** EDIT - To the person or bot that responds to the these reviews I am definitely NOT going to take more time out of my day to go report this to some website when your business should be handling that yourselves if you want to improve your business. Thanks for the offer though.

I have had Leftover brought home from for me to eat and the food is not good spaghetti barely has sauce sauce is bland and meatballs seem like frozen ones. I like my cooking better. And the food doesnt taste good like the stuff I cook very disappointed and will never eat at this location ever

Farty vibes. Sports bar for kids. Had the 'gluten free' pasta but if you'd heard my butt last night you'd absolutely agree that it did indeed contain gluten. It sounded like the Titanic lost in fog. At one point it startled my partner awake and he shouted "ICEBERG AHEAD!". Went with friends, they're cool, they get 5 stars out of 5.

Service was almost non existent. Food was terrible took a kids meal to go after having a couple drinks ans the chicken strips were so dried out they were inedible .
We had a great dinner here in Penticton food was good and made the way we like the waitress was on top of everything store was clean

Food was the best! Had a beginner Caesar salad, massive bacon and dressing! Then had the spinach and mushroom penne in a creamy pesto sauce. So good.

Came here to celebrate my sister's birthday. The server was amazing and very attentive but the food was below a 1 star. Appetizers were cold. Everyone got their food but me and was told it would be a few more minutes. Everyone was done eating by the time my food was brought out. It was burnt so badly it was black and to the point you could smell how burt it was. Beyond disappointing.
