I regularly order Smokie Mountain and it never fails time after time complaining, MORE sauce, there's nothing like being served dry spaghetti. Very stubborn owner. In summary, I'd order more, but discouraged every time. I really don't think they care, they never offer coupon or anything for a customers poor experience. IJS
Boston Pizza is pretty consistent. It was my first time at this one and they did a good job for what they do. Decent food at a decent price. Good service and the food came quick which was great. I find most BP's take forever to get there food out.
We stopped in Kelowna BP’s
from penticton for lunch , we had Tanya C as our server,
she was wonderful & went over and above . Quality service is unfortunately not the norm these days ,
