Penticton franchise is not the usual BP experience. Items out of stock, food quality not similar to other BC and AB locations. Floors sticky, not the usual cleanliness, feels like corners are being cut to save costs on the franchise side

We just wanted to say thank you to our beautiful waitress, Aileen! She was very pleasant and our kid was happy when she talked to him! Aileen knows a way of approaching different customers. Her knowledge of me is top-notch! She advised us to have a perfect vegetarian meal!
We came back to Boston Pizza in Penticton, and her professionalism is one of the reasons!

boston pizzas is always good. i usually get the build it yourself penne with rosé sauce and they absolutely drenched it in sauce. loved my server she made sure i payed the bill for my grandparents
