Best sandwich I've had in recent memory. Ingredients all tasted fresh and the recipe was fantastic, but the bread was the real winner. Fresh, perfect crust and toasted on the outside, fluffy on the inside. I'll be back many times.

i come to brodo ALLLL the time. idk why i’ve never reviewed. everything is good. seriously. soul, comfort food that’s good for you too. i usually get the roasted squash + pear salad and the chicken + dumpling soup. but the root veggie flatbread was on old favourite. i know the tomato soup & french onion soup is fantastic. also the vietnamese coffee is a tasty treat. everything is usually super quick. staff has always been awesome. cameron is great, he’s usually the one helping me out. do yourself a favour and stop in for lunch. it’s a must while in penticton!

Absolutely amazing catering service. Provided my husband and I with an excellent meal to serve at our wedding. People’s jaw dropped at the food, and their service was immaculate! They provided and explanation of the food to the guests as they came up to the buffet. They cleared all the plates and cutlery and served a delicious meal! Would most definitely recommend. Compliments to our chef Paul and thank you to Linnaea for making the organization to easy!

Brodos catered my daughter’s wedding and they went above and beyond for us and the food was delicious ppl kept going for more .. charcuterie was on point fruit plate was on point definitely would use them again and would recommend them also very easy to work with .. And on short notice Also to be noted everything is made in house, & local and fresh ingredients
