I went there yesterday and ordered two burgers and as I was waiting inside I was just standing watching behind the till and I noticed the cook drop my burger (it was in a bowl but bounced out) He immediately tried to grab it off the ground and looked to see if anyone was looking (which I was) and as you can imagine I asked for my money back and left.

Dairy Queen in Penticton’s service is colder than their ice cream. The only think they know how to say is how much money to give them. No hello, thank you, bye… just blank nothingness. For the highest priced fast food joint I would expect them to have something about them worth going back for.

Super burgers, staff smiling and efficient!! I gave it a 4 because I feel the fries need to spend a wee bit more time cooking. Soft and not crunchy at all , fix this for a 5 !! Super banana split and dilly bars.

I come here at the very least once a week but the employees are just getting stupider snd stupider. The lady wouldn’t let me use me redeem my points. What is the purpose of me collecting them if I can’t use them? I had $35 worth of food snd she wouldn’t let me redeem $12 worth of points when i have about 15,000 of them. I decided to just leave and let them make the food and waste it. Wont be back. Will drive to oliver if i want dairy queen

Used to be a decent spot, now they just seem to ignore what you order or just make you wait at the counter for about 10 mins without any employee acknowledging you... just keep on walking by and ignoring customers.
Customer service was fantastic. All of the employees helping us today were very kind, efficient, and very helpful. I was impressed by the cheerful ladies insisting on taking our food out to the tables with us instead of having us make a couple trips back and forth from the counter. Sadly you don't often see service like that in fast food. Well done to the staff!

There is something wrong with the chocolate dip here. Tried dipped cones twice, both times the dip is so thin you can see through it and it stays soft. Maybe they are thinning it or something but definitely not what it’s supposed to be.
