I ordered a small fudge sundae with a cherry on top, but when I got to the window I was given one with cherry syrup. The staff member told me they don’t have cherries, which is fine, but it would’ve been helpful to mention that at the drive thru so I could’ve changed my order. When I asked for a plain fudge sundae instead, I was told they ‘can’t do that’ because it would be a waste, even though I had paid for it. They eventually gave it to me but said they would only do it ‘this once.’ The whole interaction felt unnecessary and a bit unprofessional.

Compared to other locations, the Blizzards here are never blended properly and have hardly anything in them. Basically just plain vanilla icecream with crumbs. I'm not sure if they keep their ice cream machine temps warmer to save money or what, but it melts right away compared to other Dairy Queens. Staff aren't that friendly.

Not sure what happened to this location, but staff working here seems to like socializing more among each other than actually serving to customers. Group went all outside because friends showed up and customers were left waiting to order. Place needed to be cleaned and wiped down. Only one person was left doing this while everyone else seemed like working was not on their list to do. Sadly will not be coming back here till it gets better service.

Four of us went in for lunch. Ordered, paid and waited 45 minutes… nothing. Had to go to counter twice while they looked for our orders. Others came in, ate and left. Finally after two employees asked if we got our food and when we said no we are still waiting, they grudgingly brought it out. We asked what happened, we were told the orders were just lost and server just shrugged and walked away. Had to go to counter again to ask for the sundaes we ordered. Before leaving we stopped at counter to ask for a coupon or something , (even an acknowledgement of their mistake,) to make up for bad service. We were told that they couldn’t afford to be giving out coupons, but finally pushed two sundae coupons across the counter at us. Won’t be back.
Forgot part of our order and then argued with us about it even though we told them we would pay for it since they did not add it on the original bill. They were not friendly, they were very abrupt and argumentative for no reason. They also did not explain the extra choices for kids meals which cost us more money and they delivered all the ice cream dishes before the food although we asked for them later and verified it was printed on the receipt as such. Not a great experience, wanted to enjoy a treat out with the family not to be treated in a confrontational manner by the staff.

The quality just isn't there especially their cakes. You can tell they are trying to save money on the ingredients. The icing and the whip cream are half of what you would get elsewhere so much so the gel icing almost looks opaque. I love DQ cakes but won't buy them from here. We will drive to another town if we want one.
