I came for my bday dinner and it was noted on the reservation it was for a bday dinner. I was never wished happy birthday, which is fine but I have never experienced that. We ordered 3 steak frites medium rare and mine came out well done. I pointed this out to the server and instead of offering to remake my meal, she only offered to remake my steak. Well I want my steak with the rest of my meal. I told her no thank you because I wanted to eat my steak and frites together and didn't want cold frites. She never came back to refill our water or refill our wine glasses. She told me she removed my “steak dinner” from the bill. What steak? I didn't eat one. Very upsetting birthday dinner. Very disappointed in Vernon Earls compared to the Kelowna one.

Server tipped a glass over on our child, which shattered everywhere. He immediately left and didn't help to clean or see if she was ok (she got a piece of glass in her hand, as did her uncle who helped clean up). The main server was more helpful and apologetic, but when the bill came, they hadn't even comp'ed the drink that broke. Having worked in the industry, a manager would have come over to make sure everyone was ok and would have at least comp'ed the child's meal. While accidents happen and are understandable, poor handling is not.

Wish Restaurants would go back to great Canadian Food. All this modern fair is time consuming to make serv and order. What happened to good a Good old Roast Beef Dinner. Pie Roast Chicken Meal. All Greens Value. Look at British Pub food in the UK. Google UK Pub Food.

What an awesome experience! My boss gave me a gift card to bring my 2 grads (my youngest was also a birthday girl) out for dinner. The entire experience was excellent. The server was thorough in explaining specials and making recommendations. The appetizers were out quickly and were awesome. The server brought us complimentary nacho chips and well. We were already feeling full when our entrees came...and then Earl's gifted us complimentary dessert because of my 2 grads (one of whom was a birthday girl). We enjoyed the entire meal. The server was delightful. Servers who had nothing to do with us congratulated us on our grads and bday. The entire experience was exceptional. Thanks you so much, Earl's

The food was excellent as always! Service was very good considering it was quite busy. The oilers game was on and it was understandably loud. We love the half price bottles of wine Tuesdays!

Food was as you would expect. Fantastic and consistent with an Earls. Service was great. Personable, attentive and interactive. Some food items are grossly over priced and would prefer cactus or browns, but in penticton no choice but the team killed it and was great! Would recommend to anyone

We really enjoyed our time here! It wasn't too crowded, which is a big plus for us. The area felt clean and inviting, and the atmosphere was just lovely. And of course, the food was absolutely delicious! I was especially happy to see plenty of plant-based options since I'm vegan. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We have come here many many times and it’s always such a great experience. Always really awesome service and tasty food! Good drinks too! We had Melissa as our server today and she was great. Very friendly, nice and attentive. My mom got the salmon and I got the Cobb salad with extra dressing and prawns. Soooooo yummy!!!!! We are full and happy. Always happy to drive from Oliver to come here for a great meal. We will be back 💗💗💗💗

I was on a business trip and had dinner at Earls Penticton . I frequently go to Earls at my home location. There was a minor incident in the restaurant and Celine the Director handled it perfectly . She was professional and gave me great customer service ! She is a true leader !! I will definitely visit the location again!
