What a beautiful atmosphere for a special occasion. This was a top notch experience in dining. Our server Vanessa explained how the dishes are served as they are prepared, so there seems to be food arriving at a pretty decent pace. Every plate was prepared artistically, we ordered 10 different dishes and every one was absolutely delicious. Such an array of flavors! Every time we have been to Elma, we have had exceptional food and service. The servers are usually very knowledgeable about the menu, have recommendations, and are genuinely friendly. The food is deliberately prepared, unique, and flavourful. The cocktails are also great and you can never go wrong with some Turkish tea. It's our favorite special outing spot in Penticton.
