The most random place. I never envisioned myself flying 5 hours across the country and ending up in a bakery in someone’s basement but the gluten free bread is 10/10 so I’m all for it.

Very friendly. The place smelled amazing. I can’t speak to their product as we were heading there for Gluten Free baking. They were very quick to mention that there is a risk of cross contamination, which we greatly appreciated as my son has celiac disease and cannot risk cross contamination.
The pecan tarts are unreal! The samosas are delicious! The pies are great and the filling is just so good! These guys have been around since 1987 and they have cherry trees that are 80 years old!

Their name is kind of a misnomer...they do NOT make "Just Pies"...they make terrific bread as well. Very tasty and terrific and some is even sourdough and keto.
