Very bad experience. The chicken was extremely greasy and soft, and when I complained, the staff were rude and unhelpful. Poor food quality and poor customer service , don’t recommend it to anyone

Waited to have my order taken for almost 15 minutes and watched 5 vehicles get served at the drive through and was completely ignored. Then when I asked if they were going to take my order they walked away and continued to serve the drive-through... place is dirty and severely understaffed and seems to be getting worse as time goes on. Will never return to this location.

We have tried to go through your drive-through two times and each time we received no service after sitting for 15 minutes. Never coming back. The owner would be absolutely dismayed to know that customers are not getting service in the drive-through.

I wish I took the name of your manager who was working tonight 28 May 2025. I had a bad experience ordering with Skip the dishes and I never got my order. I went into the location and your manager turned a bad experience around. I will be forever greatful for her kindness. She went about and beyond. People like her is who you want as the face of your company. She is a keeper thank you KFC I will be back.

Had a great experience at KFC! The food was fresh, tasty, and served hot. The staff were friendly and quick with service, even during busy hours. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Definitely one of the better fast food experiences I have had,will be coming back again for sure!

What an improvement since the last time I've eaten here. We made a mobile order for pick up. It was ready when we arrived 5 minutes later, the food was delicious. Just like the KFC I remember as a kid!!
