Rice is not Nice... While I've been extremely satisfied during my previous visits to Kin and Folk, this time was so-so. Mr. Chan's Family Fried Rice was very disappointing and surprising, not only was the rice clumpy, there was zero bok choy and the “perfectly seasoned ham” was almost non-existent in the dish. The few pieces of meat were very soft and sponging. Oh, that's because its SPAM... not ham (the waitress confirmed when asked). I never thought I'd be paying $22 for a bit of canned meat and some not-so-great rice.

We discovered this gem on Main St. in Penticton and it's now our favourite anytime we visit the area. Gorgeous interior, great ambience. You can tell it's a hit with the locals. The best service we've ever had, and more. But, the food is what really took it over the top. Everything was unique and crafted with care. The glutuen-free dessert - a Creme Brulee unlike anything I've tasted (with chantilly cream and white chocolate) was out of this world. But pretty much every single item on the menu is a unique dining experience.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate our riders, successful and safe journey after the Penticton Fondo. There were eight of us in our party and every single one of us enjoyed our food. The food was outstanding. Great flavours, great wine, and beer to go with it along with cocktails. Our server Sam was fantastic. We can't wait to frequent the restaurant again the next time we're in Penticton.

The pork belly burger was fantastic as was the Agnolotti. The Chicken Bao buns were also a tasty starter. The Lemongrass and Mint and the Orange and Sage cocktails were great as well

I dined last night with vegan friends and both the server and the kitchen staff worked to provide us with incredible dishes. I can't say enough about this experience from start to end.

This venue has amazing food, very friendly and competent servers and the outside is a fun space under the tree. We tried 4 sharable dishes and all were presented elegantly and were super delicious! And desert! Good cocktail and wine selections. A wonderful food experience! Recommend to everyone, adults, not families, for a lovely evening.

We were in town for a couple days with my husbands work retreat. We missed the corporate meal the day before but heard it was great so went the next night and loved every course and cocktails. Hoping you're coming to AB someday! You would do well!
