Always such a great experience. Great staff. Great environment. And the ramen is to die for! I’ve tried the creamy tofu ramen (in my vegan days) and also the creamy ginger ramen with ginger beef. Both are otherworldly. They make great rolls and sushi burritos as well. Oh man and there poke bowls! Everything is sooo good. I’m a huge fan!

The super friendly staff serve up fresh and delicious food, and they do it so quickly. The online order system is super convenient too.

The prawn tempura and gyoza were both undesirable at the Penticton location.

Other than the flies and the super bitter butt of cabba in my salad, the food was actually pretty delicious.

The menu is very clear with what items are vegan. The vegan veggie rice (bowl) with shitake mushrooms, smoked tofu, and a great mix of veggies was amazing and filling! Someone came up to me and asked what I ordered (amongst my non-vegan friends' dishes) and then went back to their table and then ordered what I got.
Great food. Fantastic service.

This was my go to place but this time was a disappointment. Ordered spicy Raman but was not spicy at all. I had to ask for spicy sauce. Also it was suppose to come with egg that was omitted in my Raman. When asked the chef who prepared it didn't remember whether he did or not
Not hard to remember whether you cracked an egg or not
Also the portion really were reduced but the price was same.

I must go to Koya for a Sushi Burrito if I'm in Penticton. Anything I've ever ordered has been consistently good.

It was my husband and I’s first time visiting Penticton. We went to Koya and loved the food, we loved it so much we came back one more time before we left. Service is great and the food is delicious. I recommend everyone to visit!
