A small, casual, cafe style restaurant. It was crowded with many walk-in customers because the Ironman event. There were about 15-20 people in line at the cashier. It was clearly over capacity, but all the staff worked very hard. The waiting time was longer than usual.
Some people write bad reviews for a moment on irregular busy days such as Ironman event and the Peach Festival, but I would like to convey to all the staff there are many customers who always support KOYA...

They're close to the beach, about a block from the famous giant peach. Specialty drinks include iced coffee, iced hot chocolate and a cooler of alcoholic/non-al options from Sapporo to local ciders, sparkling waters and more. No A/C but fans give a decent if sporadic breeze. I hear the ramen is awesome. I found their sushi wraps, speciality drinks and chicken teriyaki bowl mid. A cold Sapporo on the beach was definitely okay.
