Bienvenue! New to the valley but already award winning La Petite Abeille Cider is a charming, family-owned passion project featuring traditional French inspired ciders with a wonderful sparkling twist.
Paying homage to the importance as a pollinator and an historic symbol in France, the family decided to name the cidery “the little bee”.
Estate grown on the Blue Bee Orchard, hand picked and sipped in Champagne flutes at this countryside maison- it’s a “MUST VISIT”!
Had an informative, fun and relaxing time with Kim. Great family and truly dedicated to sustainable farming and presenting only the finest to guests! 🥂🍏🍎🍒🍐🇫🇷🇨🇦
Perfect for beach/hiking picnics to beautiful family meals… there is amaretto and vermouth for the cocktail drinkers.
A good cider place. The patio has great views. The Red Currant tastes really different in here.
It took us 5 years too long to come back to this beautiful place. The business has grown and upon arrival we were warmly welcomed back. If you are looking for a breathtaking view with knowledgeable and friendly staff and taste some awesome cider, you’ve come to the right place! We look forward to coming back much sooner next time!
Kim is so knowledgeable and kind. We were treated to a once in a life time experience we won't ever forget. Highly recommend pairing the cider with charcuterie 👌🏼
Thank you for your hospitality Kim! You have a beautiful location and exceptional cider! 💜
Great little cidery!! Beautiful location and grounds. Wonderful cider choices and flavours. We had a charcuterie in the patio that was great with amazing views. Kim the owner is amazing and is a lot of fun and very knowledgeable. She gave us an amazing experience we will never forget!!
The cider is amazing here and our hostess was even better, she knew lots about the drinks and had an amazing attitude!
If you're asking yourself why you should visit let me tell you why:
1) Amazingly friendly and knowledgeable tasting room staff! Ever heard of a mason bee? Want to know more about the 50+ year old trees in the orchard that make the ciders? They got you covered!!
2) One of the most beautiful patios I have ever seen. You want gorgeous views, feel like you're sitting in heaven, and be able to enjoy a bottle of deliciousness? Go here.
3) They also make great vermouths that are dying to be mixed into your favourite cocktail!
4) Stop reading and just go!

Such a fabulous experience every time we visit! We always plan our Okanagan trip around cycling to this charming little French cidery. The staff is always so kind and knowledgable, the patio views are always gorgeous, and the cider is always so effervescent and delicious! Thank you for always making our trips so enjoyable!
PERFECT cider in the PERFECT setting!
Highly recommend adding this lovely spot to your day on the bench!
Cider was delicious and the family who owns the Cidery was so lovely and hospitable. Amazing view of the lake and the property even has a swing for little ones.
Always love coming back here. Amazing ciders and a super friendly team.
