Match Eatery in Penticton never disappoints! The food is absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and always satisfying. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxed, making it the perfect spot to unwind. I usually grab a seat at the bar and enjoy a few items off the happy hour menu — every dish hits the spot.
A special shout-out to the bartender, Amber — she’s amazing! The perfect balance of professional and friendly, and she always makes the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for great food, great service, and great vibes!

The drinks were good. The food was good. Our fries were very salty but our server took care of them. This isn’t a vegetarian friendly restaurant. There’s maybe one or two options at most. Aside from that, the atmosphere was great (we sat upstairs on the patio). Our server, Rose, was probably one of the best servers we’ve had. She knew the menu well and made good suggestions. She was very efficient and organized. We had our baby with us and she was so just so kind to us. Our server made it a great experience for us; we will definitely go back.
If you’re looking for a place to watch the game, The Match is perfect for that ! Proud supporters of the Penticton Vees, they always have a game on to check out, their burgers are always fantastic, The staff are always friendly, definitely a place to go for a burger, beer and your favourite team might be on the big screen😍 🏒 🏀

When I walked into the building the person behind the counter said hello. The person who takes our ID was funny and very nice. I’m sensitive to noise I’d rather have less loud machines and more people able to talk. It’s great meeting new people. I like it when we chat and cheer each other on!

The food is horrible here. I give a place the benefit of the doubt but 3 times in a row is unacceptable. Chicken ceaser salad was terrible. Dry chicken and croutons, dressing tasted like water, balsamic and roasted garlic on it..like why? The parm chicken sandwhich had an old hard bun it was impossible to eat.

I'm incredibly frustrated with my experience and I never write reviews, but this is unacceptable! I called in at 9:05 and waited an hour for my order. I made sure to repeat it clearly since I have 3 kids. Unfortunately, what I received was a huge disappointment! They not only forgot the kids pizza, but the way they packed what I did get was completely unacceptable. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of attention to detail, especially for families. This has always been my go-to spot, but you guys totally dropped the ball. No refund, no care, no resolution. It’s disappointing to see how your management protects underperforming staff instead of addressing these issues. We come all the way from Oliver just for your food, and this is what we get? The pizza was doughy and not cooked properly, crammed into a small to-go box instead of a proper pizza box. Wish I could show you a picture! Please, train better and do better—especially when customers have kids!....
