Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

We have needed catering on several occasions for our film sets and so far the fan favourite is the build your own burrito bowls from Mucho Burrito. So delicious and great customer service. I can't recommend them enough!

These guy used to be great and for past couple years we always order from them however this time i order online 2bowl and one of them was double meat which u would barley see any meat in it and the other one had lots of un clean lettuce which i believe the lady who just chopped and add on it did not bother to wash the lettuce so we pretty much couldnot eat the one with dirty lettuce.
In addition , i ordered online and i had to go there and wait for 30min to my order gets ready and they were even busy so the problem was they had to make every single item of my order at that moment like they had to chopped the lettuce or fried the vegetables at that moment and because they rushed to make it ready they didn’t wash the lettuce or fried the vegetable properly so i think it was the last time for us to get food from them .
By the way the size of bowls got downsize too .
Very disappointing 🙁

My go to place for Burritos in Penticton. The food is always fresh and tasty. And their staff are always pleasant and upbeat. Keep up the good work guys!

Foods good but you should trash the ladies english because you van barely understand them. We’re in Canada you should be able to speak it. And the ladies are very slow at their job. Long waits.

Hi there I placed an order through the app (Order #10210) and waited for over 20 minutes with my two-year-old son. During that time, no staff member approached us to ask why we were waiting. There was no greeting, no “hello,” and no acknowledgment at all.
A staff member named Lovjeet, who was working at the front, was particularly unprofessional and rude. This is the third time I’ve had a negative experience with him. His behavior reflects very poor customer service. In contrast, the rest of the staff have always been polite and helpful.
This repeated experience is disappointing and frustrating. I hope my feedback is taken seriously, and appropriate action is taken to improve the service and prevent this from happening again.

May 2nd around 8:50pm, we cane to this place and the guy who served us was amazing! Exceptional customer service and very sweet. Sorry i didn’t get his name, he has curly hair. From beginning, he warmly welcomed us. His speed shows how hard working he is. This review is mainly for him and his skills.

The staff are always so friendly, polite and fast!!! Food is aways tasting on point. I just wish they would get gluten free shells for their burritos. Being a Celiac I would eat more from the menu then. : )
