They used to have the best ice cream in town. But now they’ve selected ice cream based on their selections and I’m not super impressed with their choices. I wish they had it the way I used to be. I mean it worked for a long time and a lot of people loved it.

My partner and I stopped here for ice-cream during our stay in Penticton. He ordered one scoop bubblegum and I got cookies and cream. Both were yummy and the service was good. The store wasn't busy and we sat outside and enjoyed our ice cream.

I went with my sister to pick up her daughter’s birthday cake & when we asked to take a look at it before we left, the one decoration piece on top was broken with a hole in it. The lady said, “Oh yeah, sorry about the cookie. I dropped it so it has a hole in it.” My sister took the cake anyways, as we had to get going to the birthday. It was disappointing. Could they not have replaced the broken decoration with a new one and had a satisfied customer?

The rum and raisin ice cream I ordered tasted good. The young man in the front did a great job serving a huge wave of customers that came in the end of the day. He was quick and very good at multitasking. He also let me try a sample. Only feedback I would give him is to greet people when they come into to the shop. Hello how can I help you today? Other than that great work young man. Keep up the good work.

I wish they had a few dairy free flavors besides just 2 sorbets.. ended up getting the cotton candy instead but the container had a bug in the bottom of it.. a small little black beetle

Very cute shop. Super colorful and fun for kids. Our server was a little weird, he followed us up and down the ice cream cases while we looked at the flavors but didn't say anything to us the whole time. It was very strange. Got the peanut butter chocolate ice cream which was a perfect blend of sweet and salty.
