Was very excited to finally have shawarmas in penticton. Was disappointed, it’s a decent wrap but it’s not a shawarma. I ordered the chicken shawarma and it was missing key ingredients. A bit pricey as well.

Ordered a philly cheesteak wrap and served it without a mozzarella cheese and they barely put a garlic sauce on the fries may 2 - 3 drops for a meal, 2nd time this happened and the guy serving in there is so arrogant and does not know customer service at all! Never coming back to this location. Big disappointment! Pls go to a different location. And the audacity of the person serving me to call me back threathening me to post my picture if I come back because I have complained! Unbelievable!

Skip order, for my birthday I chose to try something new Osmow’s, somehow something was miscommunicated and I wasn’t able to take the heat, when I called them to explain the situation they were so understanding and helpful, they fixed a new dish for me, and delivered it. Your customer service and order tracking process need serious improvement. I had to show my order confirmation email, app, and even my credit card transaction as proof just to pick up my order. The salesperson insisted my order wasn’t placed because it appeared as a pending transaction under credit card— I had to explain that transactions can take 3–5 business days to process on credit card. When I asked them to check the order history on their screen, my order was clearly visible, but the staff quickly closed the window and said, “Your order isn’t there, but we’ll make it for you on the house.” That’s not a clever way to cover up a mistake. Unfortunately, you’ve lost a loyal weekly customer
