Placed our order by phone for pickup , was told 20 min for pickup , couldn’t speak English couldn’t find order didn’t write my name down for pickup had a hard time understanding 40 min later got our order after standing around than got receipt which stated of order is late it’s free -which wasn’t honored !!!They have false advertising and pizza was like cardboard over cooked on outside doughy in center horrible experience shame shame on them

Very tough parking as the star bucks is beside and if star bucks gets busy the line up prevents you from leaving . Blocks all the parking. You literally have to wait till the line up clears . So park along the side of the building in the 15 min express to prevent this There are 3 spots by the door
I can see this being an issue If people are on lunch break or have to go to a important meeting like Dr or Lawyer . They would be stuck waiting
