I took my wife to the Polish Bistro last evening, for dinner. It was very very good. We were seated promptly and our server was gracious, allowing us time to peruse the menu whilst getting our drinks. The borscht is worth ordering just on its own. My wife had perogies and I had sausages, both our dinners accompanie by a house salad (love the "magic" dressing!).
