What has happened here it should not take 20 'mins for chicken. Hire more people perhaps some local teens might help At times the Food is over cooked or cold. Fries. Hoping you can improve before you loss more business. I guess you always have skip people cause they are self entitled when they walking to pick up their deliver most of them rude to other customers And bathroom are always dirty

Tried Popeyes Penticton for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food; chicken was crispy outside but moist inside, and the fries and biscuit were also very good. Not the fastest to get food or the prettiest inside the restaurant, but the staff were friendly (male manager was awesome) and the $5.99 Big Deal is aptly named and a great value.

i had an online order and they were very close to closing so, i called them to let them know i was coming and although they were short on staff, they answered my call and stayed open past close so i could still get my food. the employees are all so kind as well and never fail to have a smile on their faces 😊.
I placed an order on the app. When we arrived we waited an additional 30 minutes. To compensate for our long wait they gave us a cup of mashed potatoes with gravy. Cost possibly pennies. What a joke. Very poor customer service.

Went to this place for my first time, got deafened by the intercom and couldn’t hear a full sentence from them, they spent 10 minutes messing around with my order then the lady at the window rolled her eyes multiple times and had quite the attitude over a mistake that was made by herself. Food was not good enough to make up for it. I do not reccomend

If I could give a 0 review I would. My husband graciously went to Popeyes for chicken for Mother’s Day… he sat in the drive through while the girls laughed and did nothing. The customer behind me as Well as myself went to kfc … they left us no choice. DO BETTER
