Lovely staff who are very friendly and helpful! Nice selection of protein and fruit based smoothies with vegan pea based protein options as well! I enjoyed their smoothies and juices from Stoke which are made in Kimberley BC.
Spotless, friendly staff and the fitness coaches are the best. I couldn't help to overhear one motivating a member that has had great success with her results; hell, she inspired me. If you’re on vacation in the area, l recommend checking it out. Solo
The smoothie was good. $10 each. Be sure to ask for vegan protein as everything looks like it comes with whey protein by default. Food items all had whey protein in them. Juice was pre-made, not freshly made like I prefer.
