I find the food from this store is always bland. No one at penticton location speaks clear English or understand English very well. Customer service is lacking all the time. They forget food on your order. When you call to complain they take your name and when you go in to get your food on another day they mysteriously don't have any record of your call or the record of the food they are to replace . Staff at this location don't know things and lie to couver up their lack of knowledge .The staff don't deal with difficult situations well and just hang up .

Enjoyed an Italian Classic.Atmosphere is poor with cup boxes and other ugly packages stoted in the eating area. Also a delapidated pallet on the day we were there.People expect a fast food place to be clean and uncluttered.It appears that the operators don't really care about the customer experience.They just want the revenue!

Great sandwich and salad options. The best past is the Customer service, which is incredible at this location as the lovely lady serving us gave us plenty options of destinations and things to do around the town.

Parking: Parking is available as the Quiznos is in a Gas station location.
