When I asked for a plastic straw, I was responded to with a smug attitude about the environment.
I didn't ask about environment, I asked about the availability of a plastic straw and had my time wasted by the employees trying to virtue signal.

I’ve never in my life experienced a 40 minute wait for two drinks. As much as it sucked for the workers they were not working together. There was 15+ people waiting for over 30 minutes and the drive through was backed up. They should have closed the drive through to catch up on orders. Then proceeded to have someone on bar that didn’t know how to make the Christmas drinks and had to remake them 3 or 4 times and dump the others. It’s not the workers fault but there needs to be better management. And a possible refund to people who waited over 40 minutes.

Use to be a good location for Starbucks but now it's a confusing mess of a coffee shop. Open milk jugs on the serving counter with flies cruising around, wow. I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere. Starbucks prices keep going up yet the quality goes down, what a shame.

Routinely the slowest location I've ever been to. 20+ minute waits are common. Multi-item mobile orders are always split up so you end up waiting for many minutes for one item. Items will be out of stock but they'll still sell them to you on the mobile app. Don't go here if you value your time.
