The riverside starbucks drive thru is way to slow. The wait is often 20-40 minutes. I wish the Skaha lake one didn't close. They were fast and drinks were made correctly.

I’ve ordered the grande latte a couple times, and each time it’s been filled about half an inch below the rim with another half inch of foam. The drink also feels noticeably lighter compared to the same order from the Industrial Ave location. In addition, service tends to be quite slow, both at the drive-through and in-store.

Went to drive through, knowing only 2 staff were only working, the frustration is they could actually close the drive through service so that people are aware. And will not proceed if people in a hurry. And they will not stuck in the line, It is taking so long because they need to serve people inside and drive through,

Drive thru order - mobile order - sat at the window for way too long 5-10 min. Waited on 3 drinks and a breakfast sandwich. The man, curly hair did not say hello, or continued to not acknowledge me, did not tell me that it would be a few minutes. Just kept closing the window. I left the drive thru and sent someone inside and only got minimal service inside.

Nice spot for Starbucks. A lot of places for parking. Very nice patio. Prepared our espresso coffee perfectly ☕🙂 ***I need to change my review because during our last visit, as we were leaving Penticton, the barista served our espresso in large mugs that are not suitable for espresso, which is unusual. When I asked her why, she replied that the proper cups were too far away. What a lazy worker!
