Dirty and unfriendly. People did not speak English. They argued with me on the way I want my sandwich made. There is always too much sauce put on. Even when you ask for just a little! The girls do not listen. No one wants to work. It seems they would rather stay in the back. I have never seen a Subway so dirty. They ALL seem to be going this way? I used to like eating there. Not anymore.

Originally ordered through SKIP THE DISHES and skip made a mistake with the order. Skip customer service was ABSOLUTELY atrocious and useless. I contacted this store directly and the two women were so absolutely fantastic. Extremely understanding and helpful, got everything fixed and did it with a smile. Rajini & I'm sorry I couldn't see your name tag, you guys saved the day! Absolutely turned a bad experience into a great one. I'll definitely be back.

We dont appreciate the way you treat your female staff. That might be acceptable where your from but in Canada woman get the same respect as men both in and out of the work place.
Let me explain something. In Canada if an old lady walks in to your store and asks for a paper bowl to give her dog water, you sacrifice the 3 cents that those soup bowls cost and you give her the bowl and some water AND a little piece of bacon 'cause thats a good dog'. Instead you refuse her and try to charge her 3.00 to have the cardboard bowl. Disgusting. I understand dogs might be food for you where you come from but for us they are fur babies. Don't come to our country and bring your deplorable business practices with you. Its bad enough you drive up inflation by charging outrageous prices at our restaurants and gas stations. But trying to charge an old lady 3.00 for a paper bowl to give her dog water is where Canadians draw the line. I will be posting about this on social media and I will tag this specific location. As well I will be taking steps to have your residency reviewed and potentially revoked. Things are changing in this country for the better. God bless ??

Do not listen nor follow directions. Put super rotten lettuce on my sandwich even after I told them it didn’t look that fresh. Toasted my sandwich that I said not toasted. Just overall terrible service. Also staff seemed short and snappy towards customers.
