Very disappointing experience. I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order, but the Subway restaurant was completely closed even though they were still accepting orders online. This caused a big inconvenience and wasted time. If the restaurant is closed, they should stop taking orders to avoid issues for customers and drivers as well as they should update on google.Hope they fix this in the future.

Guy working was so awful, threw all ingredients so sloppy on the bread a tiny strip of sauce I had to ask him to fix it about 6 times he threw it in a bag unwrapped basically the sandwich fell completely apart. Awful

In my humble opinion, this is the best Subway in Penticton. Their customer service is the best I have come across in years. The food is fresh. Whether we get rice, bowls or subs, the end result is very tasty and healthy. We always come back!

Went in with my daughter and no acknowledgement for close to 10 minutes. Nobody in store besides us. Next customer walked in and they were ready to help right away, without asking us first lol. Bad day? Maybe. Come on, how hard is a hello. Now I'm a Karen lol ?♀️
