This was our first time and all we did was grab take out. But wow definitely coming back! Great customer service, very polite, super busy but i was in and out in minutes. Very friendly, walked me to the door chit chatting and helped me out. Get home and the food was awesome. Dynamite roll was the best I've ever had. Loved the beef yakisoba. Cannot recommend enough.

Fun decor. The service was very attentive and nice. Food was fine. It's kind of a cheap sushi place charging medium prices.
Could be improved. Rolls fell apart, weren't tight/ sticky enough. Also sometimes not fully sliced apart. The main ingredient of each roll was a smaller portion then should have been for the price. I had the spider roll and there wasn't enough soft shell crab. Also, the barbecue eel roll was light on eel. Mainly I was not a fan of the sweet topping sauce they put on both rolls.
It kind of scratches the sushi craving itch but leaves me home sick for Vancouver.

NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, NEVER AGAIN!
We supposedly went there to celebrate my birthday, my friends arrived early. They ordered appetizer first, the owner/server is very rude and told my friends that there a lot of people and they need their table. My friend stayed because they knew I love sushi. The owner keeps hassling them. Hearing those words made me feel sorry that they experienced that bad treatment because of me. I would like to leave but my husband ask me to stay.
I asked the owner that I need more table for 2 people, and still waiting for 2 friends, she said as soon there is available table, she will save it for me and I agree.
One table became available and trying to get it because my other friends will come anytime. They give it to another customer that just came in. I said we will moved to other restaurant but the owner was trying to explain her side and stop us to leave and started to be rude. I explained that she did not keep her words to me. I am done to her drama and her rude attitude.
I read your lowest review and you never accept your wrong and negative comment/ bad attitude. I suggest that you need to go for customer service training so that you know how to handle customer complain and not saying excuses and blah blah. We have a right to move to other restaurant. why stopping us and made a scene and then you were saying that when we left the customers apologize with you in our behalf??? Because you told them was pure LIES.

Super friendly, food was delicious, my toddler burn his hand with a hot dish and the staff ran out to help us brought us ice napkins they gave him candies and mini rolls so he could chill, super appreciated all the help, 5 stars staff they were supper good with us will definitely come back next time I’m in penticton
