Carrying the torch, grandson Richard (Okanagan College) whom enjoyed a brief stint in technology fervently pursued his dream of wine with his darling wife Twylla in 2006. 6 terroir driven vineyards capture gentle nuanced microclimates and expressing soils all be perfectly field blended to give tribute to his Portuguese heritage. This award winning portfolio is best sipped at their quaint wine cottage and epicurean Portuguese tapas themed restaurant on the Naramata Bench. “We had an amazing breakfast at the Bufflehead this morning! The atmosphere on the water was beautiful! The service was friendly and efficient. We ordered Mimosas and Classic eggs Benny, it came out piping hot even though it was busy . The roasted potatoes were perfectly done with a little crispyness. The eggs were done perfect as well. I would recommend this restaurant all day long!“
