after having an extremely unnerving experience at a local bar, my friends and i needed to blow off some anxious energy and have fun in a place where we felt safe. we did not want to end our night on the town in penticton early and on a bad note so we headed to the hub, only having heard good things. while the drinks and food were amazing and affordable, most notably, the staff (bartenders, servers, and bouncers) were so kind, caring, and understanding… having been visibly shaken up from our time at said previous bar. the energy from the staff alone had us immediately feeling better while the band (shoutout to cobra radio!!) and the crowd ensured our spirits were fully lifted. i would recommend the hub to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and fun spot to have a beer or listen to some live music in penticton! already looking forward to coming back.

Restaurant was cold. Only 18 C. Most of our table had to put on their coats. A few meals were cold and missing some of the order. There was only 1 server for the entire restaurant and 2 cooks on a weekend when a city activity was being held. We called to reserve a table for lunch for 8, giving 2 hours notice. The place was about 1/3 full and we noticed many other patrons wearing their coats while eating.

Went with a group last night and didn't have the $10 cover. Bouncer didn't offer that we could pay inside. Just posted to the bar down the street and said we could go there if we didn't like it. Rude. Liked this place until last night.

Food was amazing! Service was exceptional. Nice and cozy pub. It wasn't very busy as we went a little early, which was nice for us. They're was going to be a love band shortly after we left, I understand it's quite common for them to have bands play.

I’ve only been here twice now.. both for Trivia on Tuesdays with Mikey! Want a great host. He interacts with the whole restaurant and all the teams. The food that i I’ve tried so far is superb and a great drink menu!
It is a great place for drinks and live music. Will try more of the food next visit.

We were charged $10 per person and the kitchen was closed, place was basically empty and the band was unbearable loud with no one in the place.We won’t be back
