We had Bianca and 'Lyss (hoping i am correct in my spelling) as our servers last night and these ladies were on it! We never waited for a single refill with an empty drink despite it being a busy Friday night. Bianca was our main server and she was fantastic and friendly. We have been to The Hub lots and have never had a bad time but this time in particular stood out for the outstanding customer service. Shout out to these ladies for killing it, and Ari (hoping i am correct in my spelling) one of the bartenders for his great customer service over and over again as well!

Celiac, had a beef dip with a gluten free bun, (which held up, for a gf bun, great!). Caesar salad w/o croutons, delicious. Great waitress. Over all, for celiac, fantastic!!!

We were there for New Years celebrations. Food was great. The server was amazing. The band was good. The dance floor was too small, but we had a blast. We will be back.

Two years in a row they’re 8 or more of us that hit the Hub for new years. Last year food was mediocre and service at times non existent. Last night, there was nine of us at $40 a head and our reservation was lost. They just stuck us in a corner that really didn’t have adequate space to manoeuvre around. Then the order of nachos I ordered came out burnt. I sent it back. Someone else in our group said their meal was tasteless. No flavour. Not sure I’ll go back.
