We had Bianca and 'Lyss (hoping i am correct in my spelling) as our servers last night and these ladies were on it! We never waited for a single refill with an empty drink despite it being a busy Friday night. Bianca was our main server and she was fantastic and friendly. We have been to The Hub lots and have never had a bad time but this time in particular stood out for the outstanding customer service. Server here was amazing, very friendly and tentative. It was a slower time of day when we went so that was nice. The food was amazing!!! There is a stage here for live music,and I have hears they out on some good shows with good sound.
This was the best food and service I have seen for a very long time. I don’t live in Penticton but is outstanding from any lower mainland eatery available. WOW on the food taste and size ever!!! Come and have a great experience here!!! You will love it!!!
