Their scoops are at least 2 times bigger than regular ice creams out there. Taste fantastic. Super friendly staff.

Disappointed that there aren’t washrooms for customers. Your employees directed me to a public washroom “just a short walk down the street”, but I never found it. Gave up and headed to the Barking Parrot instead. If you serve food or drinks, you should provide washrooms. It’s bare minimum customer service. As me, instead of ice cream, I had a cool refreshing beer on a lovely waterfront patio in an establishment with a bathroom.

Noticed the quality of ice cream has gone down significantly. It used to be made in house, but it is not anymore. Prices have also gone way up. I won't be going back. I have also observed this in the Ok Falls location. This is a huge disappointment, it used to be a real South Okanagan staple.

Tickleberry’s Downtown might not be the original, but it’s absolutely holding its own—and with way less of a lineup, which means more time enjoying ice cream and less time melting in line.

Tons of flavors to choose from (seriously, it’s a deliciously overwhelming decision), plus local treats and gifts that make it more than just an ice cream stop. They’ve even got items from local artists, which gives the place a great community vibe.

Perfect for families, and the little grass area out front is ideal for messy cones and people-watching on Main Street. Prime location, chill atmosphere, and enough sugar options to make your inner child do cartwheels. A solid downtown gem!

Great selection of the best ice cream in Penticton.
