I can't say enough good things about Tightrope. First and foremost, the wine is excellent year after year. Secondly, I am always treated so warmly and have such a wonderful tasting experience. Whenever I am asked for a recommended winery to visit in the Okanagan, Tightrope is always the first one that I say. I've brought lots of friends here and they are always really impressed as well. If they are doing the wine and Karat Chocolate tasting when you are there it is a really fun and interesting tasting experience. Also it's VERY dog friendly!

Had a welcoming, interesting and enjoyable tasting here this morning. The staff were very friendly and went above to engage with us and take us outside into the vines. The space is lovely and we tasted around 7 wines for a very low tasting price, all of which were of high quality. There was no pressure to purchase but we did because it was such a good experience and the wines left you wanting more. Bonus points for winery dogs in barrels and baby hummingbirds!

I took the lady from SOE cafe’s recommendations and went to Naramata. The plot twist farms didn’t have much to offer yet so I went to the Tightrope winery across the road to check it out. I tasted 2 white wines, 1 Rose and 3 red wines. I am usually not a fan of Pinot Noir but their Pinot Noir 2022 Rubis tasted amazing and it turned out to be one of their award winning wines!!! Having done wine tastings at so many wineries in Kelowna, this winery is definitely a hidden gem thats worth checking out.

Some of the best wine in the Okanagan, but we didn't feel welcomed at the tasting room by the staff. We felt like we were an inconvenience to them. There are much better tasting experiences on the bench.

A group of us came in to do a tasting and were greeted beautifully. Had our tasting with Trish and felt so at home. We bought the delicious Merlot to pair with the homemade lasagna for the evening. The jokes, the laughs and the wine!! Trish is fabulous and will definitely be back.

TRY THE CHOCOLATE TASTING! It’s so worth it! Tightrope is our favourite winery on the bench (and that’s saying a lot, because they are all wonderful!) We have stopped here for the last handful of years, and we love the way this winery operates. Their sustainability practices are so important and really great to see. Living with nature, while also making some delicious wine is almost like having your cake and eating it too! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They are dog and kiddo friendly for those of you who love to bring your families along. I really don’t have one bad thing to say about this wonderful winery.
