Not sure what is happening to Tim Horton's. The potatoes wedges were burnt, hard, you could barely chew. The wrap with crispy chicken was so soggy. And it gave me an upset stomach after. Won't be buying food from Tim's again.

Went through the drive through, ordered 2 bagels, got back to our room and opened them and they were almost cold completely cold. Such a hurry to rush people through, not doing their jobs correctly. Toaster is obviously on the fastest setting to push them through. Staff should be held accountable and do their jobs correctly, even when supervisors are not working.

I roll in here to grab a quick bite and to finish some admin tasks. The food is so so and NO MAPLE How Canadian is that... To add to the crap menu Someone thought it was a brilliant idea covering up every power outlet. Not only is there 0 maple but clearly this is the wrong spot for anyone looking to power up and plug in. Unwelcoming has a new standard. This franchise owner should be embarrassed as he or she is that cheap you can only buy buy buy and nothing more.

This was the best Tim Horton in penticton considered the quality. However the service was awful. Every other staffs were kind but the old lady was rude. Feel like racism.
I was with my child, so I was a bit overwhelmed and couldn’t communicate properly when confirming my order, which seemed to make the old lady staff give me a judgmental look. Also, the donut sign was wrong, and instead of the donut I ordered, she gave me a different one. She grumbled as if I had made the mistake, but another staff member said it was the sign’s fault. I also ordered a lemonade, but it tasted like vinegar, so I asked them to check it. The old lady, however, mocked me “ there’s no vinegar in lemonade “ while giving me the same drink again. But another staff member tasted it, agreed something was wrong, and she apologized to me and said she threw it away , and kindly made a new one using fresh syrup. I truly appreciate the quality of Team Horton here and the kindness of the other staff, but the old lady’s racist comments and behavior made me feel bad, and now I don’t want to come back again.
