Well, what a fabulous experience. Sharen, who served us, is the most friendly and generous person. We both saw, and experienced, her beautiful nature. Furthermore, we saw the positive service given by other staff too. The restaurant was clean and both the food (Four Cheese, and honey donut) and coffee were delicious. This is our second experience of Tim Horton's and it is only getting better.

Tim's is starting to loose their edge, service was friendly, food seems to be a let down lately.

Employees that are paid by the hour yet they'd rather sit on there phone then serve you.I sat there for ten minutes while the lady glanced over at me a few times and then pretended like she never saw me or I wasn't saying "hello? Hellooo?" The whole time. I eventually just gave up and left.

The have 2 separate parking lots that are not connected and you have to go back out onto the street to go through their drive through. They are listed as open 24hr and that is not true. Absolutely ridiculous, frustrating and totally unnecessary in 2024. Poor planning and misrepresentation.

Went there for a breakfast sandwich. The English muffin was toasted black on both sides. The burnt taste permeated the whole English muffin breakfast sandwich. What a disappointment.

We stop to get a coffee at this branch by the time we entered one of the Team member just ask TOILET? Is this the way you ask your customers.

I'm the only one standing waiting for food after I ordered and the sandwich maker walks up and screams "SAUSAGE ENGLISH MUFFIN".
Can you let this employee know this isn't his personal home where he can scream as he pleases? The whole restaurant doesn't need to hear him scream. I'm the only one standing there. Coming from a home of screams, this triggered my PTSD early in the morning. I would rather starve than have my PTSD triggered.

Spent a week in Penticton visiting with my other half’s family, and we hit this Tim’s every morning. It might just be the most consistent Tim’s in existence in terms of fast and friendly service, matched with quality food (or at least the best you can hope for from a fast food chain like Tim’s).
Went to go grab a drink And they’re closed. I thought they’re supposed to be 24 seven

Food always late, When ordering online expect to wait 10 minutes just to remind them you ordered online and have them sigh and make it in that moment. Place is always crowded and the exit door smelled like urine for the whole week. Lots of space but lack of outlets in most spots.
